MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hunter VanderWorp is the owner of VM Pools and HMV Concrete, a U.S. Army veteran, husband and father, and long-time builder in Middle Tennessee. After years in specialty concrete work and installing pool decks for other contractors, he saw a major gap in the local pool market: poor designs, wrong recommendations and homeowners not getting the honest guidance they deserved. Determined to raise the standard, he launched VM Pools to deliver a better, more transparent client experience built on ethics, craftsmanship and doing things right the first time.

Outside of work, Hunter serves the community as a wrestling coach in Middle Tennessee, bringing the same discipline, integrity and leadership to young athletes that he brings to every jobsite. His approach to VM Pools is simple: be honest with clients, give them the right design for their home, communicate clearly and build with pride. VM Pools exists to offer homeowners a trustworthy, higher-quality experience from start to finish
